Have you ever thought to yourself, “who really is my neighbor?” Is it just the person next door? Or, in the Biblical sense, is it perhaps more than that?
This week on the podcast, we’re talking about the Good Samaritan! Join Andrew as he digs into this fascinating parable, and looks at some of the applications it has to our lives today. We’ll also continue looking at our theme this month (hint hint: loving our neighbors!) in our ScriptureFocus segment, and much more. That’s all on this episode of the Sharpening Character Podcast!

The February Challenge!
For the month of February, we’re focusing on the “Second Greatest Commandment” from Mark 12:31, “…Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself…” As we follow this command, we’re spreading the love of God to those around us–being an example of Jesus as we seek to follow Him!
Here’s this month’s challenge: Each week in February (so at least 4 times), commit an act of love that demonstrates selfless service without expecting anything in return.
The most important part of this challenge isn’t just “checking it off,” but putting some thought and effort into loving those around you (your neighbors): your siblings, family, friends, coworkers, and anyone you come in contact with!
